Determining Which Printing You Have

To determine which printing of JavaScript Concepts & Techniques: Programming Interactive Web Sites you have, examine the bar code on the back of the book. In the bottom right corner of the bar code, there's a number line counting down from nine: 987654321. The last number that appears in the line, indicates the print-run for that particular book.

So, if your book's number line ends in a "1", like this:
   987654321
then you have a copy of the first printing of the book.
If it ends in "2", like this:
   98765432
then you have a copy from the second printing.
If the number line ends in "3", like this:
   9876543
then you have a third printing, and so on.
